TICKETING SOFTWARE

Cultural events need a great deal of organising. Not only does the entire event have to be prepared, ticket sales and seat bookings also have to run smoothly. The Ticketing module has been specifically designed for the booking of seats.

Before using this module, a room plan is drawn up using the graphic editor. This room plan is completely true to life and consists of sectors, rows, zones, seats, plants and flowers, tables, etc., depending on your situation. Once the graphic plan has been drawn, the cultural calendar is entered into ReCreateX. In ReCreateX, the various cultural events are defined (time and place, maximum number of visitors, etc.). Thanks to the link between ReCreateX and the “Uitdatabank”, all events can be sent directly to the “Uitdatabank”. It is also possible to link this to your own website. In this way it is possible to allow online bookings.

Next, the price structure has to be established. This is also possible in ReCreateX. A different price can be applied depending on the type of event, the location, the type of client and when the sale takes place. This price system can be combined with a discount system. In this way, all possible price fixings can be applied.

A booking can be made using the seat plan. For example, it is possible to designate one or more seats, create group bookings, etc. Bookings can also be made for different events easily and quickly, where applicable linked to the season ticket structure.

The room plan is fully integrated into the POS screen. Tickets can therefore also be sold at the desk.

Occupancy is shown visually on the graphic plan by means of colour codes. Free seats, blocked seats, occupied seats, optional seats, season ticket seats, etc. are all given their own specific colour.

If required, Syx Automations can also supply the necessary tickets and ticket printers.
